U.S. President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping will meet
Wednesday in San Francisco, and each leader is expected to speak
separately at the APEC leaders meeting 2023( November 11-17) in San
Francisco.
The bilateral talks between Joe Biden and Xi Jinping will take focal
point in APEC 2023. Because when this meeting takes place -except
occurring some divine reasons- Palestinian children are losing their lives
in Gaza by indiscriminate Israeli bombing. Maybe an Israeli is dying in a
Hamas/Hezbollah rocket attack. On the other hand, Russian missiles
may be hitting Ukrainian residential areas.
So far the UN has failed to stop these wars. Undoubtedly, this is the
responsibility of the world’s superpowers – because the veto system has
made the UN an ineffective institution. The United States and China
both superpower practiced veto power in UN. The reason for the failure
of the United Nations to stop the war in Ukraine or in Gaza is the
reluctance of the superpowers to stop the war. But the people of the
world no longer want war, nor do they want bloodshed.
With consensus at the APEC summit, the US and China can take
effective measure if they want to stop the bloodshed in Ukraine or Gaza.
Because Xi Jing Ping has influence over Russia’s Putin. On the other
hand, Biden can stop Gaza war at a moment’s notice, if he wants. Xi
Jinping can convince Hamas to avoid bloodshed with influence of
Middle Eastern countries. Both leaders can start work just now at their
sideline talks in APEC meeting for permanent peace in Middle East by
implementing two state solution.

word-salad panels with titles like “Enablers of Inclusive
Growth” and “Navigating Pathways to Equitable Prosperity.”
The program of conversations and meetings will be
supplemented with an exhibition hall showing off fancy new
toys and technologies from American companies.
One of the cooler examples is Wisk Aero’s sixth-generation
autonomous air taxi. The Boeing subsidiary, based in Mountain
View, is showing off its electric vertical take-off and landing
tech meant to eventually ferry passengers. No word yet on rides
inside the exhibition hall.
Other exhibitors include FedEx, which is demonstrating its new
BrightDrop electric delivery vehicles, and Meta, which has
created an immersive augmented-reality booth for guests that
will allow them to escape the Moscone Center’s security zone.
San Francisco is known for its deep ties to the tech industry, and
an extensive list of ultra-wealthy tech moguls will be appearing
at the APEC CEO summit.
Among them are Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Uber CEO Dara
Khosrowshahi and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman is also scheduled to make an
appearance on a panel with Google and Meta executives that is
being moderated by Laurene Powell Jobs. Mayor London Breed
will introduce the group to presumably tout San Francisco’s
central position in the AI revolution.
In one of the most anticipated panels, at least from an
entertainment perspective, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff will
have a one-on-one conversation with Elon Musk on the vague
subject of “the future.”
