Malaysian High Commissioner Haznah Md Hashim was the special guest at the launching of a Malaysian
brand car, PERODUA, recently in Dhaka.
The event was also graced by the presence of Education Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury as the
Chief Guest.
PERODUA stands for Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua – Malaysia’s second National Automobile. PERODUA
which leads the Malaysian car market with an emphasis on green initiatives has entered into Bangladesh
market through a partnership with PHP Automobiles Ltd.
The High Commission of Malaysia sincerely wishes PERODUA and PHP Group a successful journey ahead
in Bangladesh.
