Kazuko Bhuiyan Trust and Kokorozashi & Kazuko Bhuiyan Japanese Cultural Center, in cooperation with
Embassy of Japan, organized “Japan-Bangladesh Peace Quiz Competition” recently.
Twelve students participated in the quiz competition. Among them Md. Masudur Rahman won the 1st
prize, while the 2nd prize went to Annonyo Singha Roy and the 3rd to Jarin Anjum Tasnim.
Japanese Ambassador IWAMA Kiminori wished to extend continuous support to this kind of event
where young generations will get chance not only to deepen their knowledge about Hiroshima and
Nagasaki in Japanese history but also to learn the positive aspects of contemporary Japan. Dr. Momtaz
Uddin Bhuiyan, and Mr. Tarek Rafi Bhuiyan Jun from Kazuko Bhuiyan Trust and Mr. Kuniaki Okabayashi
from Kokorozashi were also present on the occasion.
