France Bangladesh Archaeology excavation is about to begin again like every year. Ahead of the
excavation, The French Ambassador, Mrs. Marie Masdupuy recently met the Acting Director General,
Department of Archaeology, Mr. Imrul Chowdhury at his office. The Ambassador was accompanied by
the Director of the French Archaeological Team, Mr. Vincent Lefèvre and the Deputy Director
the same Mrs. Coline Lefrancq. Both sides had a very fruitful meeting as they exchanged mutual views
to ensure a successful excavation every year.
