Recently, Chinese Ambassador Yao Wen, Ambassador visited the office of The Daily Star and had a
discussion with Mr. Mahfuz Anam, Editor of The Daily Star, as well as the editorial and correspondent
team. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on China-Bangladesh relations, people-to-people
exchanges, media cooperation, and regional and international situations. After the meeting,
Ambassador Yao was invited to visit the exhibition of news reports and photographs during the mass
uprising in July and August.
