Chinese Ambassador Yao Wen recently met with Myanmar Ambassador to Bangladesh Aung Kyaw Moe.
Aung expressed his heartfelt thanks to Ambassador Yao for his help and support, and for the positive
role China has long played in mediating between Myanmar and Bangladesh and promoting an early
resolution of the Rohingya issue. Ambassador Yao thanked Aung for his role in advancing repatriation
and hoped to maintain good relations with his successor.
