Chinese Ambassador Yao Wen recently attended the 1st Development Studies International Conference
in Bangladesh organized by the Department of Development Studies of the University of Dhaka and The
Daily Bonik Barta. Ambassador Yao delivered a keynote speech in Plenary 3 on “Partnership for
Sustainable Development”, emphasizing that China and Bangladesh will further tighten and deepen the
cooperation in the fields of the digital economy, new energy, and environmental protection, and will
facilitate the early realization of "Smart Bangladesh" and "Vision 2041".
