(BSS)- Malaysia’s labour market, which has remained closed to Bangladeshi workers over corruption, mismanagement, syndication and irregularities during the previous regime, is set to reopen soon through a transparent process, the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment said today. In a press release, the ministry said the issue received top priority through several ministerial-level meetings between Bangladesh and Malaysia. (BSS/AFP) – France’s economic growth stalled in the second quarter, statistics office Insee said Friday, revising down its initial forecast while reporting a sharp rise in inflation in August. GDP growth was flat in the quarter, instead of the 0.2 percent growth Insee first reported last month.
