The French Ambassador Marie Masdupuy paid recently a courtesy call to State Minister for Posts,
Telecommunications and ICT Zunaid Ahmed Palak in his office . The Ambassador highlighted the
multi-faceted ongoing cooperation initiatives and their contribution to Smart Bangladesh. It was also
agreed to strengthen activities in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and skill development among
others.
France and Bangladesh are striving to a unique inspiring partnership, aiming at strengthening
Bangladesh’s strategic autonomy.
Connectivity, climate change action and Smart economy have been high on France’s agenda with its
strategic partners in the last years. Bangladesh will remain at the heart of this peculiar journey.
