Youth and Sports Adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain has said a sports ecosystem will be established in the country centering the international sports as the government will reach these sports to every region of the country.
He made the remark in a post on his verified Facebook account.
“I promised to bring international sports to every region. A sports ecosystem will be built around it,” Asif Mahmud said.
As part of this promise, he said, international cricket will be held in Rajshahi and international football games in Nilphamari.
The sports adviser said the government has a plan to arrange international games in Khulna too.
“The ball will roll on the field soon after the necessary reforms are completed, Insha Allah,” he added.
