Ambassador Ghanshyam Bhandari recently attended the closing ceremony of the training on 'Case Study
Based Learning' organized by South Asian Institute of Policy and Governance SIPG, North South
University for officials of Hello Nepal Administrative Staff College.
In his remarks, the Ambassador highlighted the importance of collaboration between academic
institutes and think tanks of Nepal and Bangladesh.
