Japanese Ambassador IWAMA Kiminori delivered a speech “Bangladesh-Japan Relations – Way forward”
at the Association of Former BCS (FA) Ambassadors (AOFA), recently.
In his speech, Ambassador IWAMA explained the key points of Free and Open Indo-Pacific (FOIP) and
the history of Bangladesh-Japan relations. He also mentioned the Japan-Bangladesh Strategic
Partnership and described practical cooperation’s between two countries.
49 participants, including former Bangladeshi Ambassadors, academics, representative of business
society, and journalists, attended the lecture and discussed the bilateral relations between Japan and
Bangladesh, and other international issues.
