The government has appointed Md Akbar Hossain as Assistant Private Secretary (APS) to Liberation War Affairs Minister Hafiz Uddin Ahmad Bir Bikram.
The information was disclosed in a notification issued yesterday by the Internal Appointment Branch of the Ministry of Public Administration.
