The French Ambassador Marie Masdupuy recently attending the signing ceremony of the Inclusive
Budgeting and Financing for Climate Resilience Project (IBFCR) 2, between AFD – Agence Française de
Développement and United Nations Development Programme in Bangladesh , The French Ambassador
expressed her high hopes that such project will support Bangladesh’s effort to better align with
international climate finance standards and to achieve resilient and low-carbon development pathways,
namely by allocating more public resources and funds for climate targets. She also observed that
signature demonstrates once again ����’s unwavering commitment to stand firmly alongside
Bangaladesh in its ongoing fight against climate change.
